Live Nation reports $10.1bn Q3 as stadium attendance grows
IQ Magazine reports third-quarter revenue of $10.1 billion and attendance of 61 million for Live Nation, with stadiums supplying more than half its global audience growth.
Live Nation Entertainment lists Insomniac Records, LLC and Hard Events LLC among its subsidiaries in its 2025 SEC filing. Its latest earnings show the scale of the concert business around them.
In its November 6 report, IQ Magazine said Live Nation's third-quarter revenue reached $10.1 billion, up 19% year on year, with adjusted operating income rising 14% to $1.18 billion. The company announced the results on November 5, 2026.
IQ reported that stadium concerts accounted for more than half of global audience growth, with total attendance reaching 61 million, up 19%. International attendance increased 29%, compared with 13% in North America. Live Nation's release puts attendance growth at third-party stadiums above 40%.
The expansion also ran through ticketing contracts. Live Nation said new ticketing agreements added 23 million tickets, more than 70% from international markets.
The company allocated $800 million of planned 2026 capital spending to venue expansion and improvements. It said it was on track to open or acquire 10 venues with capacities above 3,000 by year-end.
