Enhanced Group agrees to acquire 77% of DEAG

Enhanced Group has announced an all-stock agreement for approximately 77% of DEAG, valuing the promoter’s entire equity at about $115 million.

DEAG’s place in electronic music rests partly on Airbeat One and NATURE ONE, both in its festival portfolio, according to Music Business Worldwide’s November 6 report. The publication puts the group’s annual programme at more than 6,000 live events.

On November 5, 2026, Enhanced Group, owner of the Enhanced Games, announced an all-stock agreement to acquire approximately 77% of Berlin-based DEAG. Enhanced values 100% of DEAG’s equity at about $115 million.

According to Music Business Worldwide, Enhanced will issue approximately 11 million new Class A shares at $8 each, with an agreed value of €4 per DEAG share and no cash consideration. The publication identifies Apeiron Investment Group as both a seller and Enhanced’s controlling shareholder, and reports that an independent board committee negotiated the related-party transaction.

DEAG’s own website lists myticket and the Nottingham ticketing agency Gigantic among its ticketing businesses. Music Business Worldwide quotes Enhanced co-founder and CEO Maximilian Martin’s rationale: "We believe the winners will be the companies that own the content, the stage and the ticket."

DEAG is due to retain its existing management team, led by incoming CEO Markus Breitenecker, Music Business Worldwide reports. The publication also reports a concurrent $15 million private investment in public equity at $7.11 per share, with Apeiron participating. Enhanced expects the acquisition to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary conditions and regulatory requirements.
